Please read my ToS carefully and accept it before work with me


✦ General rules ✦- I take commissions only if I make an announcement about it in my galleries (FA mostly).
- I have the right to refuse to take an order from you without explaining the reasons.
- I don't take emergency commissions, I don't do refunds
- I work on a standard office schedule. Sunday and Saturday are weekends.

✦ Payment ✦- I start to work after 100% prepayment.
- I can delay payment if a customer has any circumstance.
- You can refuse to commission until payment.
- Important: if a customer takes slots or buys YCHs and doesn't pay three times, I stop working with them in the future. Please plan your expenses.

✦ Work in progress✦- After payment I draw 2-3 sketches and show it to the customer to approve. Also I can show sketches with approximate colors.
- This rule does not apply to pencil sketches, icons and portraits.
- No deadlines if not stated otherwise.
- I don't usually show WIPS, but a customer can ask WIP at any moment of work.
- I can correct minor things in the process for free. Big corrections will cost money.

✦ What do I draw/don’t draw? ✦- I draw anything, except: anything complex equipment (military equipment like tanks, sci-fi spaceships, transformers and ect.), minor porn, some fetishes, I don't copy the styles/ideas of other artists.✦ Do you want a commission but haven’t any idea? ✦
- You can rely on my vision of your character. The price will be the same.
- If you don't like an idea, I can draw more sketches before we find a better one. If I run out of ideas after research, I refuse the order.

✦ End of work ✦- After end of commission I’ll send fullsize for personal use and websize for publish with folder in Deviantart Sta.Sh
- Customers can use completed artwork as they wish, excluding commercial use.
- All rights on my artworks are reserved by me as an author.
✦ I want to pay your attention, I always treat carefully and attentively to the artwork that I do. If a customer has any absurd questions for me, unacceptable claims and very negative emotions, I have a right to don’t work with this customer again in the future.✦ If you have any questions, feel free to write me on:
